# Operations

## **Development & Operations**

These tokens will be used to pay developers, management, support staff and operational expenses. Often, staff will be paid in dollars from the funds raised, plus tokens at an equitable rate. Some may be paid in all-dollars or all-tokens.

## Advisors and Partnerships

Used for external consultants such as smart-contract coders, security auditors, scientific and technical advisers, etc. Unused coins from this pool may be transferred to Development & Operations.

## Marketing

Used for advertising, influencers, in-house marketing staff, social media costs, early air-drops or promotions, etc. Unused coins from this pool may be transferred to Development & Operations.
